Last week, I received the results from my full-body Prenuvo scan—and I’m feeling so incredibly thankful and empowered. (You can take a peak at the dashboard from the app below.)
No major findings.
No red flags.
No signs of cancer.
Just reading those words brought such peace. In a world where so many people discover chronic illnesses or cancer only after symptoms appear, I feel beyond grateful to have had this opportunity to take a proactive approach to my health.
Were there minor findings? Yes—several. But nothing alarming. In fact, it was encouraging. Instead of waiting for something to go wrong, I now have a clear, detailed map of areas in my body where I can course-correct now, before anything ever turns into something serious.
This is the beauty of functional and preventative medicine. This is why I’m passionate about health. When we can get ahead of disease, when we can see what’s happening beneath the surface, we’re given the gift of choice. We can change. We can adjust. We can improve.
I don’t have to live in fear.
I don’t have to wonder what might be going on inside.
I know—and that is powerful.
This scan gave me a deep sense of relief and motivation. I’m already making changes based on the minor findings—nothing drastic, but intentional shifts in how I eat, move, rest, and support my body. And now, I’m doing it from a place of empowerment, not anxiety.
Above all, I’m deeply grateful to our Creator—God—for the gift of this body, the clarity I have in this moment, and the opportunity to continue stewarding my health. I see His hand in every step of this journey. It’s only by His grace that I’m here—healthy, strong, and empowered to take action. I feel more connected to my health journey than ever before, and today, I’m celebrating a powerful milestone: I’m cancer-free. That alone is a tremendous victory. Rather than taking it for granted, I’m choosing to build on this solid foundation. To Him be the glory—for this clean bill of health and for the wisdom to keep moving forward.
If you’ve ever wondered whether preventative testing is worth it, I can tell you—it absolutely is. Having this insight has been a game-changer for my peace of mind and my long-term wellness plan.
Here’s to living well, being proactive, and taking ownership of the one body we’ve been given. Health is a gift—and I plan to steward mine with intention, joy, and gratitude. 💛
